Moving, Although Not Too Far
Written by Ca9ine - Sat 15th January, 2011
We've started discussing and contemplating moving the individual sites of the member clans of The Group Thing, to subdomains under The Group Thing's domain, www.thegroupthing.org.
In effect this means that today's www.connect-gaming.com will be accessed via connectgaming.thegroupthing.org. The same will be applied for all the individual member clan sites of course. What we need to take note of, is that we may move the entire forum to the clan forum in The Group Thing boards, a totally different forum software, and thus shut this forum down.
This is still only under open discussion and planning, so we have no set time span, nor have we looked very much into how we're going to migrate our posts and users successfully and without trouble, to The Group Thing's community.
Your thoughts?

Written by Ca9ine - Thu 31st December, 2009
Connect Gaming wishes all friends and their families, our sponsors and our beloved community The Group Thing a Happy New Year!
2009 has been an eventful year for Connect Gaming. We've seen a large member boom, quite a few changes at our website and home, and a spark that ignited the competetive spirit amongst our members. We will enter 2010 ready for all challenges and start competing actively in our most favoured games.
Again, from Connect Gaming, we wish you a Happy New Year!
Quick Update on the Website's Progress
Written by Connect Gaming - Mon 9th March, 2009
Well, just a quick update to let you all know.
Some nitpicking and detail styling still remains, even though most if it is sorted.
A new thread has also been opened for you to report all bugs and issues you might find while browsing around the site. Strut inconspicuously over here to report found bugs and issues.
Connect Gaming BETA!
Written by Connect Gaming - Mon 2nd March, 2009
Welcome back to the home of Connect Gaming!
After a numerous ammount of people screaming and yelling at us to get the site back up; here it is! It is still in BETA, so a few glitches and strange things might occur when browsing around the content and the forums.
Well, that being said. You are all free to register and start posting stuff in the forums, your accounts will not be deleted and we will work on the site continiously until it's back up and running full speed!
Thanks!
