3D Realms Say Goobye... Sad End Of An Era

3D Realms, the creator of Duke Nukem 3D which we all have played at least once in our lives, and publisher of the grandfather of FPS, Wolfenstein 3D, has closed up shop and said goodbye.
Known as Apogee way back when, these guys have been around for what seems like forever. The sad truth is now, that they are no more. 3D Realms has signed off, and left us a little message over at their website www.3drealms.com
Luckily, the development of Duke Nukem Forever will continue. Some of the developers and publishers interested in continuing the development is id Software, Epic and even Microsoft. There is no confirmed status of who, what, where or when.
